We currently offer the following delivery options:
UK: Free UK Tracked 48 Hour Delivery (2-3 working days)
Europe: Tracked Delivery (3-5 days) - £7.50
Rest of the World: Tracked Delivery (7-8 days) - £15.50
You must inform us by email that you would like to make a refund/exchange within 14 days of receiving the item. You then have another 14 days to send the item back to us. Once this time has passed, we will be unable to offer you an exchange or refund on your item and this will be returned back to you. Please include a note in your order with your order number, and whether you would like an exchange or return, and for which item/items. If you would like an exchange, please note what you would like to exchange to.
To be eligible for a refund/exchange, your item must be unused, in the original packaging with original tags on the garment and in the same condition that you received it in. Should there be any sign of wear, your return will not be valid. Items of wear include body odour, perfume, makeup or fake tan.
The customer is responsible for returning the item back to our returns address, postage costs are to be paid by the customer, and tracking for the parcel is to be obtained from the post office. However, if the item is faulty, we are more than happy to pay for your second class postage back to us. Please keep your receipt of this, and we will be able to sort the reimbursement through email.
